Ingredients:-

• 1 Large onion
• 6 oz Cheese
• 1 lb Frozen spinach, thawed
• 1 Cup plain yogurt
• 4 oz Buttermilk
• 1 oz Fresh ginger
• 1 Cup half and half
• 6 Cloves garlic
• 2 tsp Garam masala
• 2 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste

Saag Paneer:

• Grind the onion, garlic, and ginger to make a fine paste.
• In a medium saucepan, combine the paste, spinach, yogurt, buttermilk, chili powder, and garam masala, mix well.
• Simmer at medium flame for about 20 to 30 minutes.
• Mash all the ingredients properly with a potato masher.
• Add the half and half and simmer till the mixture has a creamy consistency for about 10 to 15 minutes.
• Add cheese and salt to saag panir and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Ingredients:-

1. 500 gms Bhindi
2. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3. 2 Onions
4 • 1 tsp Red chili
5 • 1 tsp Mango powder
6 • 1 tsp Garam masala
7 • Salt to taste
8 • 3 tbsps Oil

make Bhindi Masala:-

• Cut Bhindi into halves.
• Stuff turmeric powder, mango powder, red chili, garam masala and salt into sliced Bhindi and keep it aside.
• Cut the onions and fry it till it turns brown.
• Add sliced Bhindi and fry it till it turns crisp.
• Serve it with hot chapati and curd.
