Soyabean Pulav

Ingredients:-

a) Boiled Basmati Rice – 2 Cups.
b) Soyabean – 150 Gm.
c) Cinnamon – 1 Stick.
d) Clove – 3 or 4.
e) Cardamom – 2.
f) Bay Leaf – 2.
g) Red Chili Powder – 2-3 Whole.
h) Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Sp.
i) Oil – 1 tbsp.

Instructions:-

1. Soak the soyabean overnight
2. Boil the soyabean in the pressure cooker.
3. Heat the ghee add whole masala in it.
4. Add soybean to it and mix well.
5. Then add tumeric and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the boiled rice and mix it well on slow speed for about 3-4 minutes.
