Poppy Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter , melted
3/4 stack of Ritz crackers
2 – 4 T. poppy seeds
salt , lemon , celery to season
Cook chicken breasts ; boil in water with salt , lemon and celery . Debone and cut into pieces and layer in greased casserole . Mix sour cream and chicken soup together than spread over chicken . Sprinkle poppy seeds and crackers over top . Drizzle with melted butter . Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes . Serve over rice.
