Pineapple Casserole
2 lg. cans of chunk or tidbit pineapple , drained
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese , grated
1 stick butter
Ritz crackers
Drain pineapple , then put in casserole dish . Mix sugar , flour and cheese and spread over pineapple in dish . Melt 1 stick of butter . Crush approximately one tube of Ritz crackers – enough to make 1 cup . Mix crushed crackers and melted butter . Spread on top of pineapple mixture . Bake at 325 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.
