Paneer Kulche
Ingredients for dough
½ cup suji
¼ cup water
1 tsp baking . 2 cups plain flour
1 ½ cup water
Ingredients for Filling
1 cup grated or mashed paneer
2 tbsp chopped green coarinder
2 tsp chopped green chillies
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper
Preparations
First of all mix all the filling ingredients together to make the filling.
1. mix suji ans sugar in a bowl. Add ¼ cup water and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
2. sieve the maida, salt and baking powder. Add suger and suji mix and mix well.add enough water to lightly gather the mixture into a soft dough . do not knead the dough.
3. apple some oil on the dough and cover with a moist cloth. Rest the dough for a least 20 minutes or more. Divide dough into 8 balls knead the dough.
4. take one ball, flatten it with both hand, keep the filling in the center and close it up as you do for stuffed paranthas, roll it like a chappati using maida. Dust off the extra maida.
5. cover the tray of an electric tandoor with aluminium foil. Grease foil. Heat tandoor. Bake the kulche till golden.
