1 box yellow cake mix

1/2 c. butter , softened

3/4 c. milk

3 eggs

1 (15 -oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Grease and flour 3 round cake pans . Blend all ingredients in large bowl . Beat for 3 minutes . Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes . Remove from oven , cool completely and frost with hawaiian icing ( below)

Hawaiian Icing

1 (8 – oz.) tub whip, defrosted

1 can crushed pineapple, drained

1 pkg. instant vanilla puddind

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon . Spread on cake layers and sides.
