Ingredients;

1/2 kg soft white khoya

2 1/2 cups sugar powdered

1/2 tsp cardamon powder

1 tsp cardamon seeds (crushed)

1 tsp crushed pistachios

How to make:

Grate khoya with a steel grater.Add powdred sugar and mix well.Put mixture in a large heavy pan. Heat first on high for few minutes. Then slow till done. Make sure to stir continuously while on heat.when mixture get thick  add caramon. mix well and take off from fire. Allow to cool . make padas .Mix pistachios and cardamon seeds and press a bit on top of each peda.
