Kheer (Indian Rice Pudding) :
Kheer is simply rice pudding (with hint of spice) and one of most popular Indian Desert.
Ingredient Requirements for This Recipe:

Kheer
- 1/2 cup Basmati Rice (uncooked).
- 3 cups milk.
- 1 cup condensed milk (alternate half and half with 2 tablesppon sugar).
- 3-5 pods Cardamom (elachi).
- 1 cups sugar
Instructions:
| 1. Wash rice and cook with 2 cups of milk in low-medium heat. | |
| 2 After milk is reduced to half, add condensed milk. Add extra milk if necessary (not required when using half and half). | |
| Add optional ingredients (As Peanuts,Almonds Etc.) | |
| 3. Can Be Served Hot Or Cold. |
