Jeera Paneer
3 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon plain cumin seeds
paneer
1/2 teaspoon roasted and crushed cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon juice
Heat the oil in a frying pan . add the plain cumin seeds and cook for 2-3 minutes.Cut the paneer into 2 inch pieces and add to the pan . Sprinkle with the roasted cumin seeds , red and black pepper , salt and lemon juice . Cook , turning the paneer occasionally , for 5-7 minutes , or until the paneer is golden brown and the spices are well blended . Serve immediately.
