Hot Macaroni salad
1 (8-oz) elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese grated
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside in large bowl. Saute onion, celery and pepper until tender. Mix together with macaroni. Add mayonnaise, soup and cheese. Mix until well blended pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
