6 eggs , separated

1 c. sugar

1 pt. cream

1 pt. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

grated nutmeg

Beat egg whites until fluffy ; gradually beat in 1/2 cup sugar . Beat egg yolks  until pale yellow and fluffy ; gradually beat in remaining sugar . fold whites into yolks. Add cream , milk and vanilla ; stir well . Serve sprinkled with nutmeg. Yield .
