32-oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns

2 c. sharp cheddar cheese

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 stick butter, melted

8-oz. sour cream

1 c. chopped onion

Mix together hash browns, 1/2 of cheese, chicken soup, butter, onions, and sour cream. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Remove foil the last 15 minutes of cooking.
