Ground Beef in Cabbage Leaves
8 lg. cabbage leaves
1 ib. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.pepper
1 sm. onion , chopped
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. tomatoes , chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water until tender. Season meat with salt and pepper; add small chopped onion and rice.
Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves . place each roll seam down in casserole dish. Add tomatoes , onion, vinegar and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
