Gajar Ka Halwa / Carrot Pudding
Carrot Pudding, also know as famous Gajar Ka Halwa and one of the most sought deserts recipe during festive seasons. Its sweet mouth waterring and our whole family loves it.
Ingredients:
1 cup carrots, grated coarsely
¾ cup sugar
2½ cup milk
cardamom seeds
cashewnuts
½ cup ghee
Directions On How to Cook Carrot Pudding / Gajar ka Halwa
Combine carrots with sugar & milk and cook for 30 minutes over low heat, until it becomes thick.
Put cardamoms, cashew nuts & ghee and stir constantly, until it becomes thick.
Spread the mixture in a greased tray & leave it to cool for 30 minutes.
Then cut into squares.
