How to make Juicy Falooda

I still remeber eating falooda in my college days and have loved it since then and I must say i miss it so much as its hard to get in US market, so i have been trying to make a perfect falooda with great taste in home. I am not sure its a perfect one but i do love it, may be i love it because i make in home, so here is something you want to try this week end and surprize your family.

Ingredients :

1. Spaghetti ( use the thinnest variety available)
2. Vanilla Icecream 4 scoops
3. Cold Milk 1/2 cup
4. Rose Syrup
5. Crushed Ice
6. Chopped Almonds and pistachios

Instructions :

1. Take the spagheti and cook in a deep sauce pan in plenty of water.
2. Once the spagheti is cooked, discard all the water and wash the spagheti under cold running water.
3. Take a tall glass.
4. Put some crushed Ice.
5. Pour the milk in the glass
6. Throw in the almonds and pistachios
7. Add one or two scoops of icecream
8. Add the cooked sphagetti.
9. Mix it up slightly.
10. Pour the rose syrup on top and stir.
