Easy Sausage Muffins
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
4 T. mayonnaise
1 lb. bulk sausage
3/4 c. shredded cheese
Cook sausage, drain and crumble. Mix flour, buttermilk and mayo. Stir in sausage and cheese. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Yield; 12 regular or 24 mini muffins.
