Chinese Indian Chili Chicken
2 tablespoons Garlic paste
2 tablespoone ginger paste
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 green chilies
1 pound boneless chicken cubed
2 tsp vegetable oil
Combine the ginger , garlic paste, soy sauce , red chili powder , sugar ,salt green chili in a bowl .Add the chicken pieces and mix well . Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Heat the oil in a large skillet on high . Add the chicken pieces , shaking off any excess marinade. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes , until the chicken is cooked. Remove from heat . Serve hot.
