Breakfast Muffins
1 lb sausage
3 c. all – purpose baking mix
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c. water
Cook sausage, drain, cool . Combine sausage, baking mix, and cheese in bowl. Make a well in center. Stir together soup and water. Add to mixture. Pour into muffin pan. bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
