Breakfast Casserole – Low Carb
1 lb sausage
8 eggs
2 c. shredded cheese of your choice
salt & pepper to taste
Brown sausage in iron skillet ; drain. Beat eggs with salt and pepper; stir in cheese. Add egg mixture and sausage to lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set. Great for a low carb diet.
