Baked Red Fish
2 1/2 pounds red fish (snapper) cleaned
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 fresh green chili sliced
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Heat the oven to 350 degree . Place the fish in a greased baking dish . Sprinkle 2 tsp. of the lemon juice over the fish , half the sliced chili and pinch salt and pepper . Turn the fish over and repeat with the remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
