Almond Cheesecake Pie
1 ready Crust shortbread pie crust
1 1/4 c. cold milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 pkgs. cheesecake flavor instant pudding
1 (8-oz.) tub cool whip
1/2 c. sliced almonds , toasted, divided
Beat milk almond extract, pudding and half of cool whip in medium bowl with wire whisk for 1 minute. Sprinkle 1/4 c. almonds onto bottom of crust . Spread pudding mixture over almonds . Spread remaining cool whip over pudding . Top with remaining almonds. Refrigerate.

Dieting is really hard! how come cant i lose the excess pounds? Any one got any ideas for simple excercise workouts?
