Lahore Malai Koftey are famous in suburbs of punjab. also called the veggie meat balls. Kofta are created with fillings and then boiled with the gravy to make them juicy and spicy. Although i am not sure if these were really named simply or were really famous from Lahore. Anyway the recipe is here how i gave it a try in my kitchen and they did really turned out to be good.

ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਰਬੂਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਛਿਲਕੇ ਲਉ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਫੇਦ ਜੀਰਾ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਹੁਣ ਛਿਲਕੇ ਦਾ ਉਪਰੋ ਹਰਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਛਿੱਲ ਲਉ, ਸਿਰਫ ਸਫੇਦ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿਉ ਉਸ ਸਫੇਦ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਟੁੱਕੜੇ ਕਰ ਲਉ, ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਟੁੱਕੜਾ ਦੋ ਇੰਚ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਟੁੱਕੜਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਧੋ ਲਵੋ।
