I must say i miss it so much as its hard to get in US market, so i have been trying to make a perfect falooda with great taste in home. I am not sure its a perfect one but i do love it, may be i love it because i make in home, so here is something you want to try this week end and surprize your family.

ਆਟੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਾਤ ਵਿਚ ਛਾਣ ਲਵੋ। 50 ਗਰਾਮ ਘਿਓ ਨੂੰ ਗਰਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਟੇ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲਾ ਲਵੋ। ਗੁਨਗੁਨੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਆਟਾ ਗੁਨ ਲਵੋ। ਆਟੇ ਦਾ ਪੇੜਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਥੋੜਾ-ਥੋੜਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਰੋਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਓ। ਮੱਧਮ ਤਾਪ ਤੇ ਰੋਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਤਵੇ ਤੇ ਸੇਕਣਾ ਸੁਰੂ ਕਰੋ, ਜਦੋਂ ਰੋਟੀ ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਸਿਕ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ
